The Beauty Of Space

By Ted Hope

“It’s eight years of time and 200,000 images compressed into 4 minutes of video. An awesome way to experience Cassini’s tour of Saturn.” It’s also incredibly beautiful. Take a trip to space.

Umm interesting, but for a video set in space, it isn’t very considerate of space. It would be nice it were slowed down, to get a sense of size, movement and spacing. But thanks anyway. Love space stuff!

I agree. I can’t tell you how much more I preferred this:

” a movie from the point of view of the [the Space Shuttle's] Solid Rocket Booster with sound mixing and enhancement done by the folks at Skywalker Sound. The sound is all from the camera microphones and not fake or replaced with foley artist sound.”

    It’s spectacular.

This site could not have been built without the help and insight of Michael Morgenstern. My thanks go out to him.

Help save indie film and give this guy a job in web design or film!
